We have a very transparent Payment policy.
All Trip payments are made in advance online.
All Charges are displayed on the request form.
We do not buy, Sell or Hold Customers' items.
We require knowledge of the Items to be Picked-up.
We reserve the right to Accept and Reject any Trip.
The Primary Client pays for all Transactions.
We charge per Trip: a Pick-up and Delivery is end of Trip.
We maintain G.P.S. Location Tracking of our Vehicles when en route.
We may take before and after photos of Items on Pick-up and delivery.
We are not liable for Items damaged due to the Customer's negligence.
We require Proof of Ownership and a Legal Age limit of 18 or 21 years.
We require a reliable Customer contact phone number to stay in touch during the transaction.
Membership registration is not required to use our Service.
The maximum Driver's wait time to Pick up is 10 minutes.
Driver's delay by the client for more than 10 minutes may result in Trip termination
and a 30% Travel expense fee will be charged.
